Certificate authentication

1. Introduction

   Companies, organizations, institutions or graduates wishing to request verification of a graduate's diploma must complete the consent form (available here) and attach the documents indicated on the form.

   Please provide the requested information clearly and precisely. We will respond as soon as possible.

   Fields marked with an asterisk * are mandatory.

   The Pôle Scolarité Générale (Registrar's Office) does not process:
   - Requests for authentication of transcripts, which should be addressed to the relevant department's office.
   - Requests for authentication of doctoral degrees from the Collège des écoles doctorales (College of Doctoral Schools), which should be addressed to the College des écoles doctorales.
   - Requests for authentication of enrollment certificates

   List of supporting documents:
   - Consent form: written agreement from the degree holder (form can be downloaded here :  https://cloud.u-paris.fr/s/E7YwX8wMpkZPgEb)
   - Valid ID document of the holder (passport or national identity card, or residence permit)
   - Copy of the degree or attestation de réussite (certificate of completion)
